Service Overview

Protto provides an AI-driven design environment for generating high-quality landing pages from text prompts and sketches. Our services include instant UI generation, a design workspace for refinements, and code export capabilities. Users must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during account creation via Google OAuth

• Do not share login credentials or misuse AI-generated content for illegal purposes

• Maintain the security of your account and notify us of any unauthorized access

Subscription & Updates

All payments are non-refundable. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled through your billing portal. Updates provided in premium plans are consumed upon design generation or code export as defined in our pricing structure.

Ownership Rights

Protto retains all rights to the platform infrastructure, AI models, and design systems. Users own the specific landing page designs and code generated through their prompts, provided they have a valid active subscription at the time of export. You grant Protto a limited license to use your prompts and feedback to improve our AI design models.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time through their dashboard.

Limitations & Liability

• AI-generated designs are for guidance; Protto does not guarantee specific conversion rates or design performance

• We are not responsible for any bugs in the exported code that may arise from third-party hosting or integrations

• Service availability may vary due to maintenance or AI provider downtime

Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes related to our services will be resolved through relevant local legal channels.
